REBUILD YOUR STRENGTH. MOVE WITH CONFIDENCE. OPTIMIZE HEALTH.
Any mode of training: barbells, weights, calisthenics, kettlebells—what you need is a suitable program that matches YOU.

WHO THIS IS FOR
Tired of trainers with cookie-cutter programs and little attention to YOUR details?
I work closely with you—listening, explaining, and customizing everything to your personal preferences, goals, and logistics. Busy schedule? No gym access? Garage gym? Frequent travel? I adapt to your reality, not the other way around.
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
Complete beginners with zero training experience — If you've never worked out before, you should spend time with an in-person trainer first to learn proper form and movement patterns.
Individuals dealing with extreme obesity — I can absolutely help overweight clients lose body fat and build strength. But if you're struggling with severe weight issues, working with a dietician first will set you up for better long-term success.
Otherwise, all welcome.
Experience & Credentials
50 years of training experience (since 1975), I've worked with hundreds of people across all ages, sizes, and fitness levels—teaching the fundamentals of safe, effective strength training.
Certifications:
Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, 2012)
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist - CSCS (NSCA, 2014)
Planned Certified Sports Nutrition Coach (NASM) 2026 June
Specialized study: Training Older Adults
Currently own and operate a 600-member gym, giving me daily, real-world experience with what actually works for different body types, schedules, and goals.
Walking the Walk (or running, or rowing…)
At 63, I maintain a high level of strength, muscularity, and lean physique—without any hormone or chemical enhancements. I practice what I preach: sustainable, long-term fitness that you can maintain for decades.
Training Philosophy
My approach has evolved from old-school bodybuilding to health and wellness-based training—a necessity for thriving in our toxic modern world.
I recognize the body as a system of systems. For most people (outside competitive sports), fitness is best managed as a balanced, long-term endeavor across three primary domains:
Slow Strength • Fast Strength • Body Composition
Each requires different skills and efforts. Each allows for varied approaches based on your preferences and capabilities.
progress is all about learning to move stronger, good technique with practice + patience + regularity.
